We are already actively looking for some exciting new exhibitors for this year. If you are an Exmoor (or thereabouts) based food business then get in touch, our show gets busier every year and many of our traders sell out each year.
Our team have all been involved in doing trade shows so we know what hard work it is. We make it as easy as we can for our exhibitors with our team of runners to help get your stock in and out and free on-site or very nearby parking.
email Christine our co-ordinator on firstname.lastname@example.org
This years Lyn Food Festival is on 27th September 2015 so mark your diaries now.
If your are interested in exhibiting then please contact Christine Bowden at email@example.com
We are getting worried. Only a month to go and its all gone too smoothly so far. Lots of people re-booked from last year, lots of interesting new exhibitors. Banners and posters all ready and going up this week onwards…what have we forgotten?
We must write a proper press release. If you have some means of publicising our growing event then please get in touch, we have a publicity budget of a snippet over nothing so every little helps.
I have updated the Exhibiting 2014 page to include our confirmed Exhibitors so far and you can find that here - http://www.lynfoodfest.co.uk/?page_id=14
If you haven’t been before have a look at the following links:
The Exhibitors list is growing, we have confirmed extra space for this year now so there is time to book if you want to exhibit! Only 4 weeks to go so hurry, the more the merrier at the friendliest food fest in the west…

New advertising banners rolling through the printing press at Signtec (http://www.signtec-ltd.com/) as I type. Great work as ever from Exmoor’s greatest fan Peter French.
Welcome to the new website for Lyn Food Festival.
We will be adding to the website as the build-up to the event gathers pace. You can track progress with the event planning by following us on Twitter at @LynFoodFestival or monitoring the #LynFoodFest hashtag.
We are actively looking at means of publicising the event nationally and will have press releases and images available to editors as the event draws closer. If you need information for publication please contact us.
Booking forms have gone out now to everyone who has asked for them and several people have returned their forms already. We are looking to extend the available area this year and therefore the number of exhibitors we can host so please do get in touch if you’d like to exhibit with us this year and we’ll try and fit you in.
We will be adding an exhibitors list in a few days…
